In this discussion, we'll focus on the basics of a brand's in-house agency (e.g. structure, capabilities, billing, etc.) and then dive into how to balance your in-house agency with external agencies, including roles, scaling, mapping, and more! In this session, we'll focus on the broader agency ecosystem and the bespoke strategies it requires, including an overview of how digital agency relationships have changed during the pandemic, setting up the right measurement and KPI structures, and motivating agencies for better outcomes.
