The ANA’s Government Relations department uses its reach and influence to achieve positive legislative and regulatory outcomes on behalf of our members and the advertising industry at large. We inform and advocate for ANA members on the legislative, regulatory, and legal developments that impact their ability to drive growth, and we assist members in complying with laws and regulations impacting their brands.
