The Business of Marketing Law 2016, BAA's Members' Only conference, will focus on the transactional legal skills and knowledge of the law necessary to effectively draft, negotiate, execute, and fulfill complex legal arrangements in the marketing and advertising law space, with a focus on Entertainment and Social Media deals.
Legal professionals will lead sessions on agreements for brands financing tv/films; relating to product placement content; sponsored and native advertising; for influence marketers, bloggers and celebrities; for branded entertainment as value added to media deals; and for campaigns utilizing event marketing and social media. CLE credits applied for presentations below.
