For those registered to attend the conference, the ANA has negotiated a special room rate of $299 per night. Hotel guestrooms offer luxurious first-class settings wrapped in Spanish revival architecture, with most offering stunning views of the manicured fairways and greens of Shingle Creek Golf Course, the picturesque creek lined by magnificent cypress trees, and lush natural vegetation.
The cut-off date to obtain this discounted rate is Wednesday, October 9, 2024, after which prevailing rates apply. In order to use the ANA rate, you must be registered to attend the conference. The link to register for your room will be provided under the “Important Information” section of your confirmation email.

Alternate hotel accommodations are available at overflow properties less than five minutes away, either at Rosen Centre for $245 per night or Rosen Plaza for $229 per night. If you are staying at an overflow property, you will need to provide your own transportation as shuttles will not be available.
Please note: Rosen Shingle Creek requires that all ANA event-related reservations be secured with a deposit of two night’s stay. Rosen Shingle Creek will process the payment for each reservation immediately. In the event a credit card number is invalid or declines, the hotel will contact the guest directly to secure the deposit. Should an alternate form of payment not be made within 48 hours of the guest’s notification, the hotel will cancel the reservation. Cancellations received after September 30, 2024 will forfeit the deposit of two night’s stay.
HOUSING SCAM ALERT: Should an outside organization contact you to assist with this process, please do not book any hotel rooms with them. ANA has not contracted with any outside group to assist in this process.
