In-House Agency Day: Responding to Crisis

This event is over.

The growth of in-house agencies at client-side marketers is substantial and changes the landscape of the advertising industry. An ANA study, The Continued Rise of the In-House Agency, concludes that in-house agencies have grown beyond being known for “quick and cheap” to providing a broad range of services, including strategy, creative for traditional and digital media, media planning/buying, and producing broadcast quality commercials.

This virtual event features sessions from leading marketers and thought leaders who will share details on their in-house agency and how they’ve shifted workloads, operations, and more to accommodate for the current pandemic.

POST-PANDEMIC PREDICTIONS: "NEW NORMAL" OPPORTUNITIES FOR IN-HOUSE AGENCIES

In what seems like an instant, our world was turned upside down. And the way our in-house agencies operate had to adapt and change with the rapid pace of changes in our world. Processes, procedures, priorities, and communications have had to quickly evolve to meet the needs of our businesses while still striving to maintain the same standards of excellence our teams, clients, and partners have been accustomed to. Out of every great crisis comes opportunity, what are those opportunities for in-house agency operations? In this session, Maureen Boyle, senior director creative services & events for Nordstrom Trunk Club, will cover five "new normal" opportunities for in-house agencies as we look to brighter days ahead.

FEEDING KIDS DURING A PANDEMIC

More than 22 million children lost the healthy meals they depend on at school due to school closures. Millions of Americans are out of work and struggling to afford food for their children. Responding to this urgent moment, the agency had to not only produce more content more quickly than ever before, but also had to adapt to the rapidly-changing landscape.
