Fjord Trends 2022, Accenture Interactive’s 15th edition of trends with a human lens, is an annual set of predictions of what is expected to impact business and society in the year ahead. An exploration of opportunities, we examine the changes thrust upon us, the innovations that have emerged, and reflect on how to move forward. A new set of challenges arose for businesses in 2021, all while they are fighting for survival in a reborn economy. Their resilience and agility were put to the ultimate test.
