At 19,350 feet, Africa’s Mt. Kilimanjaro is the tallest freestanding mountain on Earth. Sometimes, organizational change can seem that out of reach. In this talk, Wayne Barringer, Director of Creative Services at Boeing, will discuss how he and his team guided Boeing’s Creative Services through monumental change. And how he and his teammates were guided through cold, sickness, fatigue and more to reach the Roof of Africa. Both treks are tough. And each equally worthwhile.
